[Asterisk-biz] Europe Cellular phones charges

Hi all,

 

I am doing a research about the cellular phones "programs" or "packages" in
Europe, would appreciate from anyone who might be able to help me, thanks in
advance.

 

The questions are :

 

1.	do you have to pay roaming charges when you travel to different
countries (within Europe), if yes, what are the typical rate?  
2.	What are the typical local air time charges per minute? Is there
much difference from country to country? 
3.	Any other monthly charges? Handling charges? Set up cost?
4.	are the charges applied to both calling or receiving or one side
only, which way is more popular?
