moving to a new device that they will be using on the customer prem, so 
they are left with this excess inventory of SPA-2000's, which we are 
liquidating for them to assist them in recouping some of their 
investment in this inventory.

Sipura's current model is the SPA-2002, but the SPA-2000, as most will 
attest to here, is a very capable device, nearly identical in form 
factor and feature set to the 2002.
