They're used to TDM.  It's what they know.

We're a CLEC, too.  Drop me an email and I can talk to you about pricing. 
We are extremely competitive where we are dropping calls off on our own 
network, and we are quite good to off-net as well.  We also have a switched 
1+ CIC platform available as well.
