We evaluated a few "OEM" type IP phones from manufacturers in China, I 
get offers from tons of vendors to stock their phones, their appear to 
be (3) different basic models they are manufacturing and then you have 
private brokers who come up with their own marketing/branding for the 
phones and sell them in the US market.  Two of the phones we eval'd were 
like children's toys, looks like they shoehorned off the shelf 
components into a basic analog phone shell, and we had very little 
success getting them to work although they claimed to be SIP compliant.

There was a 3rd unit we got in that was actually pretty solid, it was 
very similar to the IPDialog phone if anyone here has experience with 
that unit.  If I can dig up the name of the vendor I will post it, I 
still have the phone in our test lab I believe.
