[Asterisk-biz] Provide in/around Belgium

Dear Group,
I will have an asterisk installed next month and am now looking for a
trustable provider for my VOIP telephone. Mi phone bill is between 800 and
1500€ per month on the normal pstn lines of Belgacom. Could someone help me
with that. I was looking towards "Lingo.com" earlier this week, but I do not
know if it is legal to use this here in BE.
