No you cannot roam at the moment the dect card is for one phone.

Agreed, this is a very interesting product to turn your DECT phone into a
SIP device.
But what about roaming. A DECT solution normally can cover a large and
heterogenous area thanks to the use of various base stations and repeaters.
I fail to see how you can accomplish this with the COM-on-AIR PCI Card
product.
