2) I see a flat $10 shipping fee on your website. If I ordered more than 
one phone do you charge $10 each or just $10 for the entire order?

If you don't stock the phones here in the US, I hope you would start 
doing that. I don't like having paypal takiing money from my bank 
accounts for something that takes weeks to arrive.
