Hi Alex,
it was I, Mike whom started the thread, and most interesting it has been!

I was keen to get a feel for how to start things off and for any
experiences people
could share with myself (and others maybe) of how they approached
things in the early days when starting out a business marketing,
selling and supporting * but what I have understood is that it is
pretty early days for everyone!?
