We are embarking on a related project, I wonder if there's an
opportunity to collaborate?

'We' means a group of experienced software and integration
consultants, one of whom runs a small manufacturing facility. Our
skills are in Linux, networking and VoIP. We've collaborated before on
a number of projects, one of which was a cross-border VoIP
implementation for a multi-national transport business. We have IP
hosting and software development facilities.

Our very skeletal plan is to produce customised hardware (appliance)
to run Asterisk, suitable for the SoHo market; run an centralised
softswitch with DIDs and LCR PSTN origination, tied together with a
'control panel' billing/config portal.

We'd need an army of people to implement and support this, and the
independent consultant is very much the right sort of person for the
job.

It's early days.. what do you think?
