I would strongly advise against tftp in favor of ftp.  Not only can the 
phones upload their directories and custom configs with ftp (making a 
transparent replacement a matter of renaming a couple of files), but 
also because it avoids the firmware/timestamp kludge that's well 
documented in the wiki and in Polycom's own documentation.

Also, some might find "you" to be a more generally accepted pronoun in a 
professional setting such as this list.
