how long ago was it that BT started formatting them correctly?  I dont
think it was that long ago.  Everyone formats it the way that Sam did,
right or wrong, mostly because everyone formats them that way.  Given
that until recently BT did the same exact thing, I dont think you can
hold it against him too much :)
