Is there any (crazy) guy offering H323 termination? If so, please contact me offlist and send me your rates for international calls (and which country is your server). I can't do IAX2 or SIP as my satellite provider is blocking everything except H323 traffic. If you have any other solution for me (VTUN?), I will appreciate.
