[Asterisk-biz] Outbound dial example

Does anybody have an example of a extensions.conf config that dials a 
PSTN number on a Zaptel channel, waits until the call is answered, 
sends some DTMF digits (like an extension number to a auto-attendant on 
the receiving end), and then bridges the channel to the originating 
channel?
