Agreed. Mowing a lawn is "easy." That doesn't mean it should be free. Also,
a company that has done this before may take 10% of the time it would take
someone else, but that doesn't mean they just have to charge for THEIR time.
Mechanics do this all the time...it is not based on their time, but on the
'acceptable' time.

$1000 sounds dirt cheap to me!
