Yeah, tell us that you are getting the above rates from RBOC. 

Hint: RBOC is a Bell Operating Company - Verizon/SBC/BellSouth

its quite possible that you have a real PRI terminating international 
traffic from a real carrier, but I bet you 10$ that it isn't an RBOC.
