Hi:
A real ISP is an internet service provider that is in the business of
providing internet to their customers.
If you noticed, Cisco prices are cheaper than Sipura. The only reason that
Sipura entered into this agreement with Cisco was because (Cisco)Linksys has
an established market in the ISP world. The every day retailers are being
forced to sell the higher price equipment and the cheaper equipment is being
offered by the large VOIP companies and the ISP's.

Seems like you have "heard" alot! By the way what is a real ISP? Is this
something Cisco / Linksys are now deciding? Legal Action? Really? I want
to look that case over should be of great interest. Do you have an action
number for this "legal action" or is that just something you heard? I am

if there is a legal case I would like to read about it.
Cisco has taken many people to court in N. California? Over the PAP2-NA?
Or, Cisco has been involved in various types of legal actions in the
California
courts? hmmm..
Cisco and or Linksys have done nothing but, go out of their way to help
their
customers who have purchased PAP2-NA products. There have been NO
threats of legal action against our company. Software or other technical
issues
are taken care of with no delays at all. It all depends on what level you
buy at
but, the company will assign you a tech person that you can contact
directly.
As for Sipura their units cost more but they are available and so is
support.
As for your comments about software upgrades I think you are correct what
you heard were in fact stories.
