very happy with the service and support they receive from NuFone.
For instance, there was a slight accounting problem back in August
2004. My initial email was responded to within six minutes, asking for
details that were (1) a reasonable security check and (2) useful for
tracing a payment. The problem was found and corrected within 17
minutes of my response. The problem didn't cause any inconvenience,
and the handling and resolution was fast, courteous and professional.
I can be a harsh critic at times, but I can find no fault with this
company at all. The technical side of the service is, and always
has been, flawless. I will continue to recommend NuFone.
