VOIP JET is in volilation of paypal's policies,
regarding payments, from paypal website:
No Surcharges. Under Visa, MasterCard, Discover and
American Express regulations and the laws of several
states, including California, merchants may not charge
a fee to the buyer for accepting credit card payments
(often called a "surcharge"). You agree that you will
not impose a surcharge or any other fee for accepting
PayPal as payment.
On voipjet's website
Always use this page when making PayPal payments. Your
transaction is securely processed on PayPal's https
servers. Please click one of the following buttons
below to make a purchase. Your VoipJet account will be
credited with your payment less PayPal's receiving
fee, which we have to pay. The fee is 2.9% + 30 cents
USD if you have a US PayPal account or 3.9% + 30 cents
if you have a non-US PayPal account. 

VOIPjet's administration team, I will be following up
with paypal in 3 days, please change your policies or
have your accounts closed.  Palpal does NOT take
violation of their terms lightly.
