[Asterisk-biz] Seeking 970-479-XXXX VoIP DID (Vail, Colorado) (not 8x8)

I picked up the 970-479-XXXX number *because* it is owned by Qwest, and
therefore portable.  For my VoIP service anything local to 970-479-XXXX
is actually OK, but the best scenario is local number portability.
