Branch to try to add a timer for response timeout.

According to RFC 3261 a proxy can timeout a transaction if there's no messages for three minutes. After we 
receive 100 trying, we should propably implement something similar. Need to check RFC 3261 for UA behaviour.
Right now, we just hang around waiting forever and ever after receiving a 100 trying. Sweet. Not.
