+Comfort Noise Detection

+In the roibos-cng-support-1.8 branch I added support for incoming CNG packets in the RTP media stream.
+Adding a noise generator to Asterisk, the CNG was replaced with noise if the bridged call did not
+support CNG too.
+
+In this branch, we'll add noice detection, so by adding a soft DSP to the call (which already exists
+in Asterisk) so that Asterisk can SEND CNG packets instead of silent RTP packets.
