Log:
Remove this 1.4.26-rc1 tag.
Because of an issue with how the mkrelease script works, this release did
not reference all the changes in the ChangeLog. Since the change for this
release was not referenced, it seems appropriate to rebuild the release
so it can be referenced in the release announcement.
