Log:
Move the chan_console branch from my private working area to public.

This is a console channel driver that uses libportaudio instead of OSS, ALSA,
or Mac's Coreaudio directly.  I started doing something directly with coreaudio
so I could have a console channel driver on my mac, but decided I would rather
go this cross-platform route.

There is still more work to be done here.  It appears that I can make a single
call from it and it works, but I can't make any more after that ...
