we can dedicate one server and bandwidth in Frankfurt a.M. /Gerrmany, 
if someone want's to take care of the administration.

I think the core problem is that one of the central DUNDi nodes that we 
were using is down, and many of us have only single entry points into the 
DUNDi network.  As a result, even though we're participating we're not 
there.  We should probably get another one or two core servers that we can 
start peering up with.  Any volunteers?
