You have to allow the dundi request on a per server basis and a per
context basis as well.

So for server A to query Server B in context priv, Server B has to
have server A setup as a peer and that peer has to be allowed to
query, and be allowed to query the priv context.

model = symmetric  ;check this setting
permit = all              ;check this setting
