I concur since if I was to use this between a bunch of my machines to
manage different routes available the routes or weights would change
at some times. It may or  may not be before a 24hr cache peer. Of
coruse now I can flush the cache and query away but once other peers
precache and the methods evolve there would need to be a way to send a
packet to remove routes from all caches and publish a new one.
