[asterisknow] Boot up failed messages

We are using AstreriskNOW beta 6 and thought that all was operating well
until I moved the server from Australia to China. I notice that when the
system is booting up that:

 

Applying ip6tables firewall Rules [Failed]

Applying iptables firewall rules [Failed]

 

We notice this because we were trying to carry out conary update and we
always got the response no new troves found! At command line with root
access.

 

This is the same when we enter at the console update the system. - no new
troves found!

 

I am sure that this all; operated correctly in Australia.

 

1.                  What could be causing the failed status for the
ip6tables and iptables?

2.                  Does the system need these operating? What do they do

3.                  Is this the cause of conary not working?

4.                  What are the recommendations?
