<p>Retrieves the numeric status associated with the specified buddy <em>JID</em>. The return value in the <em>Variable</em> will be one of the following. </p>
<p>Online. </p>
<p>Chatty. </p>
<p>Away. </p>
<p>Extended Away. </p>
<p>Do Not Disturb. </p>
<p>Offline. </p>
<p>Not In Roster.</p>
