<p>wrt Google Voice, make sure that your Google Voice settings are set to forward your calls to your Google Chat / Talk client (which will be Asterisk, since it's logged in as you) and that you don't have a browser (gmail) or other client (except Asterisk) logged in to Google Chat / Talk as you.</p>

<p>I don't quite understand how incoming calls are routed. Are they supposed to be received when someone dials your Google Voice number? <br/>
I'm not getting anything when I call my Google Voice number. The only success I have had is that when I place a voice call from one google account to another, I get the "Welcome to Asterisk..." playback, but don't know how that's even happening since it's not in my extensions/dialplan.</p>
