Sorry for my memory, it's RTSP protocol.

Since 2007, Sergio Garcia posted a patch "app_rtsp" that makes Asterisk plays RTSP media streams, in here https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=9414
Thanks for pointing the RTP, I wasn't aware of that. I'll setup a
testing server to stream video over RTP, probably with VLC, and I'll
post the results here.
What syntax should I use in order play a rtp stream ?
Playback(rtp://myserver.com:12345/myfile)
I know someone who has been deploy successfully an IVVR
(Interactive Video and Voice Response) system with Darwin media
server - Asterisk Integration.
Please try a little bit more for google, I've found some thread
about configuration for over a year, but lost. If you need, I'll
try to research again.
I'm fairly new to asterisk and I'm trying to play a video
file during a video call without success for a couple of
days now.
I've posted a question at stack-overflow describing my
problem - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8675713/asterisk-video-playback-mp4-3gp

In short, what are the exact specs that a 3gp or mp4 file
needs to have in order to play under asterisk ?
Any tips, links or suggestions will be very welcome.
