I have got LifeSize units to work but only by insisting that h.264 was
the only codec available (in sip.conf). 1.6 doesn't do very clever
video codec negotiation AFAIK and if there's a choice it fails.<br>

<p class="MsoNormal">We have just got 2 Polycom VVX 1500 phones to
try out on our
Asterisk 1.6.1 system but for some reason video calls don't work.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Calls video calls between 2 XLite clients work
ok using H263
& G711 but even when restricted to those protocols the VXX 1500s
will only
get audio.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">There are no errors presented by asterisk and
the SDP
information includes the H264 protocol but the phones never actually
connect
the video call. Direct IP address dialling between phones works for
video so I
am confident the phones are ok.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Has anyone had any experience with these phones
