<div dir="ltr">My guess is that the phone is waiting for the last chunk of video to arrive before it renders the next frame. <br>This can happen when you send large frames (for example, key frames) which take longer to transmit over the limited bandwidth.<br>

I am sending mpeg4 video data to a nokia n95 and I find that if the<br>
encoded video frame size is greater than 1595 byte ,I see pauses in<br>
the video displayed on the phone.<br>

I don't see any artifacts, which means data loss it not happening. If<br>
so, what's this pause behavior caused due to ? I cannot understand<br>
this. Can anyone show some light on this behavior.<br>
