SER (sip express router) and make its rtp proxy act as a transcoder, so the SER
would change the SDP in the packets. but that would limit to

problem seems to be in the licensing of the video codecs we would need to

type "ffmpeg -L" and if a GPL part was used, then it would tell you that it's
