[Asterisk-video] Compilation errors

Hi,

I am new to the listing group. At our organization we are running Asterisk
14 to test Video playback. For which i need to add app_mp4. But during
"make" phase of readme shared with the release i see following errors.
Please guide me on how to correct these and install the app properly.
