[Asterisk-video] No video with h263/h264

I'm having problems with video conferencing on Asterisk 11 using
confbridge.

With h263 and h264 I get no video. With h261 I have video but CLI
spits out a dozen or so lines of:

[Mar 21 18:30:33] WARNING[5309][C-0000000c]: file.c:1241
ast_writefile: No such format 'h261'

This happens when a user is asked to say their name and then press #.

core show codecs shows all 3 loaded.

My setup is to have ekiga forward and register at my local asterisk
server (which is a DMZ). Ports 5000-5100 UDP, 1720 TCP and 15060
(changed default in ekiga to stop spamming) UDP forwarded to the
client machine.

I have tried with both canreinvite=yes and no.

I would like to get h263 working or even h264 if CPU will allow it.

Any ideas why I get no video at all with these?
