[Asterisk-video] h.324m and mpeg4ip

Hello everyone,

after a long try i have compiled asterisk with the things listed:
codec_amr, libh324m, mp4Play etc.

Here is the system info:

1) OS => CentOS-6.2
2) mpeg4ip-1.5.0.1
3) ffmpeg-0.10.1
4) libgsm_1.0.13
5) mp4v2-2.0.0
6) amrnb-11.0.0.0
7) ptlib-2.6.7
8) yasm-1.2
9) lib-x264
10) SDL2-2.0.3
11) asterisk-1.4.0 (was configure first and installed with all these .so
file)


Please Note that: there could be some syntax, variable-error while
compiling the libh324m library. You have to review and edit the codes.

And follow the *installation instruction from medooze.*
