[Asterisk-video] mcuWeb parameter description and recommendation

Hi all,Just loaded latest mcuWeb.sar from http://sourceforge.net/projects/mcumediaserver/I loaded it and I can see the following parameters:
Name:	Size:	Video bitrate:	Video FPS:	Video QMin:	Video QMax:	Intra Period:
Any idea whats the recommendation for the last 3 specifically?I want to have HD 720p 30 FPS
