[Asterisk-video] webRTC mediamixer no Video [Chrome]

Hi Gonzalo,

Finally  I have been able to implement support for web rtc, including 
Ice lite/stun, srtp, rtcp muxing and feedback and vp8. It is commited in 
latest svn version.

Give it a try and let me know the results.
