[Asterisk-video] Compiling asterisk to support asterisk video

I know that its 2 different issue, the problem with amr is another thing, how about app_transcoder? 

Regarding amr when I run core show codecs, I found that amr is there.but when I to recompile asterisk it failed.not sure which amr its refering to

The error is in codec amr, it is not related with app_transcoder.
