[Asterisk-video] How to make video so that it can play with mp4play()

How to make video so that it can play with mp4play()

I tried to make a video using jpeg through ffmpeg but it plays with a delay
of 13-14 seconds

I am not able to play any converted file that was initially a song or some
video any other format like mp4, wmv
