[Asterisk-video] Video from 3G phone

Hi,

When i directly test video from xlite configured on asterisk by making call
over sip interconnect sending video, it works.
But when a call is made from 3G phone to a PSTN number which comes to switch
then goes over E1 connected to asterisk and then sent to sip interconnect
running video, then not receiving video.
Does asterisk support video on call made from 3G phone?
