[Asterisk-video] Simulate a 3G-324M video call

Do you mean 2 card (earch card one E1 port) on the same server, or just a card 
which have 2 E1 ports ?
What about an  E1 loopback cable ?.

Yes. You do not even need 2 server - you can also use one server with 2 
E1 ports and E1 loopback cable.
