[Asterisk-video] Simulate a 3G-324M video call

The two servers are each connected to the Telco over PRI (E1)
I dial calls from one server to the other.

That is not exactly what you are trying to do, because you want to connect
them directly (without going through the Telco).

As Borja noted, video over SIP works as well.
