[Asterisk-video] How can we add 'app_mp4.c'

Hi i am new to asterisk please help me for these question !!!
1) How can we add 'app_mp4.c'  to asterisk for using mp4play() or How can we
implement mp4play() application in asterisk.....
2) How can we rebuild asterisk..
