[Asterisk-video] mp4play display video but no audio, help!

Thank. May I ask what should I input when it ask file to patch for both commands:

patch --dry-run -p0 < amr-asterisk-patch.txt
can't find file to patch at input line 5
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
The text leading up to this was:
