[Asterisk-video] Video application: SIP+RTP stack

Hi,

Some of our customers use a SipPhone with a virtual WebCamera (you can 
select a screen zone, images, or a video file) (for windows only).
Another configuration is to use a Video USB plugin to with a RCA video 
source.
