[Asterisk-video] No video through openvox b100p rdsi bri

Hi, there's a patch for h324m reversing bits, be sure that you have remove
note from TIFFReverseBits  in h324m.cpp,

//TIFFReverseBits(buffer,len);   //remove the note if mISDN

and you'd better check AMR codec/decodec.

Have you tried MP4Play?
