[Asterisk-video] MCU Segmentation fault

Hi Sergio,

 I have discovered the following things:

 1)in mcuWeb i must not modify a url, i must left the default one...
127.0.0.1:8080/mcu

now the message in cli of mcu are different and i don't get segmentation
fault...

if i try to add ip:port/mcu i get segmentation error after message error
reveing video

This is a bug or configuration problem?The mcuWeb and mediamixer must be in
the same host?

 2)I try with x-lite and kapanga but i can't see the video...i can modify
the mosaic.
