[Asterisk-video] RTP Mixer

Hi joko,

I have not understood your reasonings, anyway, the mixer as in video 
receives all audio from participants, mix all except the own one (to 
avoid echoes) and send the back in one stream to the user. Media mixer 
only allows alaw/ulaw (and gsm) but you can perform any transcoding of 
audio in asterisk first if needed.
