[Asterisk-video] RTP Mixer

Hi Hi Sergio,

Hi sergio tehnic like your advice mybe reduce performance my system, and
make more latency coz take more time (Decode, Draw Image, Encode and Send
again), is another tehnic based on RTP Protocol.

The real what i want is, i can send Mixed Image with smallest bandwidth and
fastest, like tanberg video conference product.
